Do I still have to pay my Badco*ck bill? ›

For all who opened new accounts with Badco*ck Home Furniture, they will still have to make payments at their website, by phone at 877-358-1252 or at a physical location before they close. The same applies for those who financed their purchases, however in-house financing has stopped for new accounts and new purchases.

In addition to making payments online, you can now make payments by phone 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Simply dial 844-740-1266 and listen for instructions. Oh no, Robyn!

The first step to linking your Badco*ck Account is to sign in or register for a new account. Once you have signed into your account, navigate to your profile (if you are on the Badco*ck website, click on the “My Account” link in the header). You will continue to pay for your financed purchase(s) per your finance agreement (until paid in full). You can still make payments online at Conns.com, by phone at 800-511-5750, by mail to PO Box 815867, Dallas, TX 75234-5867 or in your local Conn's store until stores close.

With BILL, you can sign up for a subscription-free Basic Receivables account if you only want to receive payments through the BILL network, and pay no transaction fees. You must have a subscription-free Basic Receivables account before you can connect to customers/payers, and start transacting.
