Amenities: Our sales and service departments both reside in a state of the art facility with factory trained technicians and certified client advisors. We offer our guests complimentary wi-fi and refreshments while waiting for their car in our comfortable waiting lounge.
Product Presentation: From your very first glimpse to the day you drive it home, we will ensure that each and every feature of your Genesis is completely explained to you. We want you to know all the tips and secrets to making the most out of your driver experience. After you take delivery of the car, you'll be enrolled in Genesis' complimentary program for Genesis Owners which includes the intelligent assistant, an app designed to save you time while providing a high level of convenience. From the app, you'll be able to search Point of Interests and send the destination to your Genesis' navigation, see a complete monthly vehicle report- keeping you up to date on your vehicle's status, and utilize several remote key features including door lock status, climate control, and checking your engine.
When you purchase a Genesis, you'll be able to take advantage of several other features including Genesis Service Valet. This service is complimentary for 3 years or 36,000 miles. We'll be able to perform a remote diagnostic check, pick up your vehicle, send a Courtesy Replacement, and even return your Genesis when it's ready. What's more? Genesis include complimentary scheduled maintenance for 3 years/36,000 miles which includes complimentary oil changes. Through your Genesis, you'll be connected to Connected Services which will offer an array of safety, guidance, and remote features including Enhanced Roadside Assistance, and Destination Search. Genesis also includes 3 years of complimentary SiriusXM All Access plus Traffic and Travel Link, 24/7 enhanced roadside assistance, and complimentary multimedia and navigation updates. They will be available annually with your vehicle's routine maintenance service.
Test Drive: When you test drive with Genesis of Freehold, you can test drive on your own terms. Stop on in or call ahead to schedule your test drive with one of our product specialists.
