I just got back from D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event... which was wonderfully overwhelming (and exhausting in the best possible way) and still trying to process it all!

We had a very personal and inspiring conversation, as we dove not just into the announcements from the night before, but Josh opened up about the importance of showing the human side of Disney and truly listening to what fans want, even if it means embracing some tough criticism. Josh’s genuine passion and humility really shine through, as we talk about the connection, emotion, and the incredible bond we all share with Disney.
