@rabiasquared I have phone chargers around our house in optimum locations so you’d never need one. but, my husband will need one to sit on a different couch, so instead of moving one in the living room, he’ll take one from the bedroom and then I don’t have a charger when I go to bed

I have an @optimum service call tomorrow. Wanna guess what time window they gave me?9am to 8pm!I'm the past when they used to give me a 2 hour window in the middle of a work day I remember thinking that it was excessive, 11 hours is just downright abusive! #badcustomerservice

@OptimumHelp no internet for 5 days. 10.5 HOURS on the phone with customer service. Was promised a tech between 2 and 5 yesterday. Nobody came. HELP. Problem is in connection from street to house. Contacting PSC if this isn't resolved today.
