I wouldn't take my pet there even if they offered a free service.Our dog had an eye condition which could have been treated if she had recieved the right treatment but she was misdiagnosed by this clinic. I ended up taking her to the RVC animal hospital which sadly they had to take her eye out. They are money oriented, my dog was struggling with pain and her eye was bleeding and all they cared about was who would pay the bill.This clinic earned a good reputation because of the previous vet who owned the clinic for many years but I think a new team has taken over now. Please go for second opinion and don't trust them with your pet. Read Less

Vet Victoria at the Well Animal Clinic is simply excellent! We have just moved to the Well Animal Clinic and this was our first appointment, which was also an emergency, with our cat Piccolo. She took time to reassure and calm him (and us) before examining him. Her consultation practice was exemplary as she gave him a thorough examination, talked us through the process of diagnosis and treatment options carefully, and made sure that she had our full consent at each stage of the consultation before treating him. He was well on the road to recovery within a few hours so we are all very grateful for the high standard of care she provided. Thank you Victoria and the Well Animal Clinic staff! Read Less

We have been taking our dogs to Well Animal Clinic since September 2008 and we (and our dogs) have always received the very best possible attention. Our girl had puppies in August 2015 and once again the care she received was exceptional. Mum€s pre-natal as well as post-natal care was one I wished I€d had when I had my children! All the puppies visited the Clinic on several occasions, for check-ups and vaccinations and loved going on an outing to Well Animal Clinic. All the staff at WAC are very welcoming and all genuinely care for the animals. We can€t recommend this Veterinary practice enough! Thank you all Read Less

I highly recommend !! Really good clinic!! Competent veterinarians, always nice and even as a new client your welcome like a long time friend. Receptionist are very friendly and happy to help. Good customer care skills and an excellent telephone manner. Veterinary nurses are calm and confident when handling animals. They are sympathetic when dealing with upset or nervous owners and I one of them. I own two ferrets and I protect them like they are my kids. I really fuss about choosing the clinic for my ferrets. But after first visit in Well Animal Clinic I was sure I want only this one. They make me comfortable and most important they make my ferret comfortable as well. Always explaining everything before and after procedure and also updating during. Minimizing the number of stressful situations almost to zero. After every visit and procedure my ferrets come back relax and happy and I was sure they getting the best care they can. If you nervous owner like me you should really try this clinic. Overall can't recommend them highly enough! Delighted with the service and support we have received at the Well Animal Clinic. Our kitten, Timmy, was very sick and Christian and his team did everything that was needed to diagnose the problem and get him back to health over a number of months. Timmy underwent a long and complex surgical procedure and has now made a full recovery with a new lease of life! We are so thankful for the personal touches such as follow up calls and taking the time to talk us through all the options and to answer our endless questions about treatment. These are professionals who truly care about the animals in their care and who go out of their way to accommodate the pets owners. They also provide parking for their clients which makes life SO much easier and the reception staff are always friendly and welcoming which makes a massive difference to the whole experience.Read Less

This practice is without doubt the best we've ever used. Christian, a highly experienced, dedicated and personable vet, was recommended to us by several of his very happy customers in Hampstead, and we're so pleased that we had him and his fantastic team caring for our Springer Spaniel in her old age. The practice is well equipped, easily accessible and spotlessly clean. It has a lovely family feel and the care is very consistent, with Christian living above the practice and being very 'hands on' at all times. The entire team are incredibly professional, attentive, warm and compassionate and we are extremely happy to recommend them to any pet owner. Read Less

Avoid this practice !!!I would advise extreme caution in using this practice. We are currently on the point of litigation and have made a formal complaint to the Royal Veterinary Society.Well Animal Clinic precribed medication for our rabbit at a level that was lower than the manufacturer's recommended dosage. Surprise surprise the medication was ineffective. They then undertook costly and unnecessary radiography, diagnosed a probable tumour and discussed putting our rabbit to sleep.It was only when we decided to take a second opinion from another vet that we were told that the prescribed dosage was far to low. We then increased the dosage and the rabbit is now well again.We will never ever use Well Animal Clinic again and have transferred to the wonderul Royal Veterinary College Beaumont Sainsbury in Camden.What makes the whole story worse is that when we wrote to Well Animal Clinic to complain that the dosage was too low they replied with a whole cock and bull story that the dosage was in the recommended range (albeit at the low end) and that cancer is common in unspeyed rabbits. Their insurer has now confirmed that the dosage was below the recommended rate. As for the rabbit being unspeyed - well, she was speyed and they themselves carried out the operation !! Long story short,Well Animal Clinic cocked up big time. Please avoid ths practice Read Less

I have been with the Well Animal Clinic for two years now and couldn't be happier with the friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff and the wonderful service that they provide. We recently adopted a four-year-old Cavalier called Panda from a rescue shelter. The shelter thought that Panda was deaf, but when we took him in to the Well Animal Clinic Christian discovered that he had an ear infection, and upon receiving treatment his hearing returned fully! In addition, Christian noticed that his teeth were in a bad state and so an appointment was arranged for a full cleaning. It turned out that he had to have seven teeth removed. Since coming home from the procedure the day before yesterday, Panda has been like a completely different dog - he's so much happier and much more relaxed than he has ever been; it's like a cloud has been lifted from him. He's smiling for the first time since we've had him! He must have been in terrible pain from his teeth all this time. I can't describe how delighted and grateful we are to the Well Animal Clinic for changing his life.Read Less
